Mission in India
The Lord has done great things for us!

Indore is a mission Diocese in the center of India where seven million people live. Only 35% of them are Catholic, of the reminding 65%, the majority is Hindu and the rest is Muslim.

At a request of Bishop George Anathil, the General Superior, Mother Rosario Zanin sent a community of Sisters in 1979. Shortly after the Bishop of Khandwa expressed the same request. The Superior General, in the name of the Institute and in gratitude for its 150 years of foundation, happily accepted the Bishop's request.

Today more than 70 Sisters serve in eight communities in India offering their help to the needy in schools, social services, and missions.
